Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site is operated by CloudAir / 2M SYSTEM, based at Szkolna Str. 3, 32-065 Krzeszowice, Poland (VAT EU ID: PL6792668595). We're the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
If you have any question about how we handle your data, contact us at cloudair@cloudair.tech or +48 513 189 519.
2. Data you give us directly
We collect personal data when you voluntarily submit it through a form on this site:
- Contact form — name, company, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Get a Quote form — name, company, email, the modules you selected and any notes you add.
Submissions are sent directly to our team by email so we can respond to your enquiry or prepare a quote. We don't sell this data or use it for anything beyond replying to you and, if we agree to work together, delivering that work.
3. Cookies and analytics
We only set non-essential cookies after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, we load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site and general traffic sources, in aggregate. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit.
4. Links to other sites
This site links out to third-party services we use or reference — YouTube (for our videos), Calendly (for booking a call with us), and, on individual case study pages, the live selection software we built for specific clients (for example bvnair.com, cfb.cloudair.tech). We don't embed these services on our pages; clicking a link takes you to that provider's own site, governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and quote-request data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by Polish accounting and tax law. You can ask us to delete data that isn't subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email cloudair@cloudair.tech. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can also lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
